There’s a part of you that knows something needs to change, but you have no idea where to start.
As humans, we live messy, full, and complicated lives. Many of us juggle so much—parenting, relationships, school, jobs, anxiety, trauma—and somehow manage to keep going even when we’re completely exhausted. Most of the time, we’re just doing our best to get through the day, even if it feels like we’re falling apart in the process.
But sometimes what we really need is someone who can help make sense of all that mess and remind us we don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to be that person for you.
Maybe you’re here because you’re…
So tired of overthinking everything and still never feeling like you’re enough.
Drowning in the struggles of parenting.
Hitting a point where the old ways of coping just aren’t working anymore.
Worn down by the pressure to keep up with “everything.”
Wanting support from someone who really gets it and can help you finally feel better.
The way I work
I’m not here to judge. I want to be a support in your journey.
There’s no perfect way to do therapy, and that’s important because none of us should be striving for perfection anyway. Therapy supports realistic change, but that doesn’t always look big or dramatic. For some people, it’s not spiraling as hard, saying no when you usually say yes, waking up a little happier or more confident, feeling a little more like yourself, or choosing to respond rather than react to your kids. These are all wins, and I believe in celebrating those small steps.
My style is collaborative and intentional. I pull from a range of tools and approaches, adjusting as we go to meet your needs and what’s actually happening in your life. I don’t follow one method for everyone, because people don’t work like that, and life isn’t one-size-fits-all either. I also know that your mental health is much more important than my feelings. If I’m not the right fit for you, I’ll help you find someone who is.
I’m a therapist, yes—but I’m also a parent, a partner, and a real person who's had her share of hard seasons.
Mostly, I’m here to ask the questions that get under the surface and help you find relief from hard stuff you’ve been carrying for so long on your own. As we slow down, notice what’s been running the show, and figure out what’s no longer working, we’ll start to find a path forward. That process of noticing, naming, and adjusting can help you embrace what change looks like for you, and how it fits your life…not someone else’s idea of it.
I believe in you.
I believe in you.
